Choosing your photographer

Choosing a wedding photographer is almost as important of a decision as choosing who to marry!  We’re honored to be considered for your big day.  Sebrie Images is a network of a photographers, meaning we have several professional, creative photographers you can choose from based on their individual portfolios.  Having several photographers on staff means we are available on almost any date, even last minute!  And you’ll also have the peace of mind of knowing that we have backup photographers in the event of any emergencies.

Our studio is committed to ensuring that you love your photos every day for the rest of your lives.  From creating customized framed wall art displays to designing your wedding album, we know how to take your images from just a post on Facebook to being a part of your day-to-day life.  Nothing quite compares to holding your wedding images in your hands and knowing the photos will be treasured by your family for generations!

The best way to get started is to send us an email through our contact page.  We can then set up an introductory phone call, or if you’re local to Southwest Florida, we’d love to meet you in person at our Fort Myers based studio!

We’ll go over all of our Wedding Collections and optional add-ons to determine what works best for your wedding plans.  You’ll get a chance When you’re feeling the commitment vibe, we’ll send over a contract and you would pay your 50% retainer when you send back that back with your signature.

We’ll also send over our Style Guide which will give you some ideas of how to decorate your home with your photos!

Your chosen photographer will reach out to you 1 month before your wedding date, and again the week of your wedding.  For local couples, we can arrange a meeting with your photographer prior to your wedding date.

During your wedding day

Your photographer will arrive a few minutes early to make sure there’s time to check in with you and get set up.  Our photographers feel empowered to work with you, your wedding coordinator, and your wedding party to help make sure everyone is on the same page and that the timeline is being respected.  While most weddings go a bit off track at some point, your photographer will be there to help reign everything in!

Be sure to discuss with your venue what the plan will be in the event of rain.  Our photographers’ have weather-sealed equipment, but not waterproof, so finding some cover will be essential.

About 6 weeks after your wedding, you’ll be notified that your images are ready for your online reveal session.  You can schedule your reveal for whatever time is most convenient for you.  We recommend getting the whole family together!  Even if you all live in different locations, you can coordinate a time for everyone to be at their computer or tablet and you’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery.

Ready for the icing on the cake? You’ll get 25% off any print order placed in the first day after your gallery is sent to you!  It’s just our way of saying:  thank you for booking with Sebrie Images.

Your online gallery will be valid for 1 year, and all Print Credit and Album Orders unfulfilled will expire after 1 year.
