We had a great time photographing Kate and Chris for their Captiva Island wedding at the beautiful South Seas Island Resort. Everything about their wedding was perfection from the burlap and lace details to the last petal on their wedding cake.
South Seas Island Resort tops the list for romantic Captiva island wedding venues. The couple shared vows outside on the resorts lush Kings Crown Lawn where we were able to get beautiful natural light shots during the ceremony. There are many fascinating areas around the grounds of South Seas Island Resort that are ideal for professional wedding photography. The Kings Crown Lawn is just one of the many ceremony sites the resort has to offer. The Kings Crown Lawn is enveloped in royal palm trees, perfect to add dimension to wedding photographs.
Just steps away a white washed pier is also an ideal photogenic backdrop where we took Kate and Chris for some cherished couple photos. Reception followed outside under the string of twinkling lights.
Those cool shots with the trolley are always a fun mix to throw into your album too! The trolley took them to the resorts private, Sunset Beach, where we photographed those amazing shots with that beautiful Captiva sunset!
We love photographing sunset wedding photography which is perfect for adding that pop of color and those gorgeous silhouette portraits to your wedding album! Kate and Chris ended their night with family and friends by releasing paper lanterns from the T-dock just off the Kings Crown lawn! Check out their amazing evening.
