03 Mar Idyllic Beach Wedding at South Seas Island Resort
Flowing yellow dresses, vibrant colorful flowers, sheer white tents, a fun and relaxing feel, and tremendous love and joy were all a part of the wedding day of Chris and Sarah. They had a simple yet idyllic beach ceremony at South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. The light yellow and khaki hues gave the day a fresh and clean feel. The evening reception was held under a beautiful and airy white tent that glowed from the hung lighting. Their “wedding cake” was a cake-shaped tower of cupcakes which is a current trend on the wedding scene- less mess, easily made, and guests just love them! A glass ”cake cutting” knife was something uniquely special at the reception and was a family heirloom of weddings past. Chris and Sarah both radiated love throughout every moment of the day and photographing their wedding was an absolute joy.
